With programs like the Leadership Crisis Challenge, crisis leadership is something we’re known for preparing our students for at Michigan Ross. We’re excited to announce that Ross faculty member and Sanger faculty champion Mike Barger has released a new book on the topic. Professor Barger, who is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Executive Director of Ross Online, is also one of the co-founders of JetBlue Airways and served many years in the U.S. Navy. The book brings together a culmination of his experiences, focusing on the fact that the most effective leaders are those who keep their stakeholders in mind when proactively tackling crises.
