Corporate & Alumni Partners
The Sanger Leadership Center offers a venue for alumni and companies to engage with students at Michigan Ross. Our students love the chance to learn from the journeys of leaders in organizations, and we know that it also can be a rewarding experience to engage with and/or mentor the next generation of leaders.

Ways to Get Involved
Program Partnership
Sponsoring a program at Sanger is a highly rewarding experience. We work with sponsors to understand your goals and, depending on the sponsorship levels and interest, invite your employee expertise directly into our program. We have designed numerous information-sharing and networking events, and embedded them in our leadership development programs, where U-M students benefit from hearing about leadership in the real world.
“There was so much positive feedback from my team about every single touchpoint [during the program] and many of them felt energized and even more willing to help out with future events. They were very impressed with how organized Sanger was, how smooth every activity went, and with the general quality of the Crisis Challenge.”

Engage with Students at Michigan
We offer opportunities to speak to and mentor our students throughout the year through programs like the Leadership Crisis Challenge and the Leadership Dialogues speaker series. These volunteer opportunities are extremely popular, and there is a limited capacity; however, if you might be interested, we encourage you to reach out.
Learning & Development Programs
If you would like to bring Sanger faculty or staff to your company for customized learning experiences, including seminars, workshops, and speakers, you can reach out to Michigan Ross Executive Education. They offer open programs for individuals throughout the year.
