Legacy Lab
Overview
This series of two workshops is designed to help you unlock your personal capabilities and increase your influence and resilience. The workshops will be filled with reflective activities, powerful stories, and meaningful engagement with your peers. You will craft your life purpose and vision, clarify your values, and experiment with new ways of interacting and leading. Ultimately, you’ll emerge as a stronger leader poised to create a lasting legacy.

You will identify the characteristics of a meaningful relationship and plan the next steps for yourself to act in alignment with the characteristics you have identified.

You will engage in reflection, both individually and with your peers, to understand your values and identify alternative futures that you can pursue to live out your individual purpose.
Resilience
I cope effectively with change and ambiguity
You will explore several components of the Resilience Model, developed by research at Sanger, including Sense of Purpose, Optimism, and Social Support.
Integrity
I act in alignment with my values
You will clarify your values and articulate your individual purpose.

Session 1: February 10, 5–7 PM
Session 2: February 17, 5–7 PM

4 hours (2 hours each session)

Ability to attend both sessions
