Legacy Lab
Overview
Legacy Lab is designed to help you reflect on your core values and purpose and explore the impact you want to have as a leader. Through this program, you’ll engage in reflective activities, experiment with new ways of interacting and leading, and build meaningful connections with your peers. You’ll also participate in a group coaching session to deepen reflection and learning. By the end, you’ll emerge as a stronger, more intentional leader poised to create a lasting legacy.

*Virtual offerings will first prioritize the registration of Online, Executive, and Weekend MBA students, with remaining spots available to students in other programs

Coaching
NEW: As the final component of Legacy Lab, you will participate in a group coaching session to share and reflect on your learning together and explore ways to translate your insights into impactful leadership and a lasting legacy. This one-hour coaching session will take place in the week after the second and final session. Multiple coaching timeslots will be available, and you will be able to sign up according to your schedule.

Registration for the fall workshops is now closed. Ross students will be notified via email when registration opens for the winter workshops. Non-Ross students are invited to fill out the interest form below to receive the same communication.
