| MMoL Handout (Graphic and Table) | A handout for learners that includes both the circle model and the table with the level/skills. | |
| Leadership Development Plan | An 11x17” editable PDF template that is meant to be used as a 1-page handout for learners to create a leadership development roadmap. | |
| Self-Assessment How-To Guide | A guide on how to interpret the MMoL self-assessment results. It also includes reflection questions. Facilitators can reference this handout or it can be passed out to learners. | |
| MMoL Graphic Files | Folder of .jpg / .png files | The files for the MMoL are to be used wherever you see fit. |
| Leadership Roadmap | Website tool | Interactive roadmap tool (which is primarily Ross-centric) for U-M students to understand leadership opportunities. |
