Collaboration Lab

Collaboration Lab

Overview

Collaboration Lab is a branded bookend experience for Ross students that provides leadership development training focused on team collaboration skills. Students engage with Collaboration Lab programming at the start of their first year during orientation (Collaboration Lab: Launch) and then during their MAP/Consulting Studio projects (Collaboration Lab: Accelerate). Sessions in this program integrate action-based learning with evidence-based tools and frameworks to help students design and lead high-performing teams.
