The Program

Collaboration Lab is a branded bookend experience for Ross MBA1 students that provides leadership development training focused on team collaboration skills at the start of their first year during orientation (Launch) and at the end of their year during their MAP consulting projects (Accelerate). Sessions in this program integrate action-based learning with evidence-based tools and frameworks to help students design and lead high-performing teams.
