In a recent Poets&Quants “Best & Brightest” profile, Tenzin Dadul (OMBA ’25) reflected on the moments and people who shaped his Ross experience—including his time in the Ross Leaders Academy (RLA) and the influence of Sanger Leadership Center team.
Tenzin specifically credited Jeff Domagala, Sanger’s managing director, and Michelle Austin, director of programming, for their guidance and support:
“The leadership development through the Sanger Leadership Center was truly transformative,” Tenzin shared. “Under the thoughtful guidance of Jeff Domagala and Michelle Austin, I gained not only practical leadership tools but also a deeper understanding of how to lead with authenticity, empathy, and purpose.”
He also recognized Professor Lindy Greer, Sanger’s faculty director, for her impact as an educator and scholar.
