Michigan Ross is home to some of the most robust action-based learning and social impact opportunities in graduate business education. Two Sanger Leadership Center programs were highlighted in this recent roundup of 105 ways MBA students can make an impact.

The Leadership Crisis Challenge (LCC) is an action-based simulation where students step into the role of executive leaders navigating a high-stakes business crisis. Leading Inclusive Teams (LIT) is a curricular experience offered in partnership with Professors Lindy Greer and Aparna Joshi that equips students with the tools to lead diverse, high-performing teams.

We’re proud that all of Sanger’s offerings, from team-based simulations to storytelling workshops, support Michigan Ross students in becoming more effective, inclusive leaders.
