The Sanger Leadership Center equips EMBA students with hands-on opportunities to strengthen self-awareness, practice collaboration, and earn the Michigan Ross Leader Endorsement (MRLE)—a credential that recognizes intentional leadership growth. Using the Leadership Roadmap, EMBAs can now explore how Sanger’s programs fit into their professional goals and continue developing the skills to lead with purpose.
