As the foundation of the Sanger Leadership Center’s student progression, Collaboration Lab equips students with the leadership and collaboration skills needed to succeed in team-based environments throughout their degree programs, including experiences like MAP and Consulting Studio.
During Collaboration Lab: Accelerate, Sanger integrated Maizey, an AI-powered team dynamics tool, into Giving and Receiving Feedback workshops. Students practiced navigating real team scenarios through AI-supported role-play, building confidence in difficult conversations before applying those skills with classmates and project teams.
By combining leadership frameworks with emerging technology, Sanger created a low-risk environment for experimentation, reflection, and skill development. Used across Full-Time MBA, Weekend MBA, and One-Year Master’s programs, this approach reflects Sanger’s commitment to helping students build the skills that support success at Ross and throughout their careers.
