Leadership is a top priority for the newest Weekend MBAs at Michigan Ross—and many are turning to Sanger to help them grow.
“I’m impressed by the breadth of resources that enable 360-degree growth, like the Sanger Leadership Center,” said Devinaa Mangal. “I know this program will challenge me and help me grow into a more thoughtful, confident leader.”
Jonathan Young is especially excited about the program’s action-based learning opportunities. “Reflecting on my past experiences in tech and the military, I’ve found that the most lasting and meaningful lessons always came through experiential learning,” he said. “I’m particularly looking forward to the Leadership Crisis Challenge and the Multidisciplinary Action Project.”
Others cited leadership development as a critical reason they chose Ross. “Ross is giving me the strategic toolkit and the leadership development I need to accelerate into more senior roles,” shared Katie Manzione.
