The Sanger Leadership Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Bradley (BBA ’81) to the Sanger Advisory Board. A principal and chief financial officer at Barrington Group Incorporated, Bradley brings more than four decades of experience in real estate development, financial leadership, and small business strategy.
At Barrington Group Incorporated, an entrepreneurial real estate development firm with a 50-year legacy in multi-family asset stewardship, Bradley has led with a focus on disciplined execution, adaptability, and long-term value creation. He began his career as a CPA at KPMG, where he developed the financial and operational foundation that continues to shape his approach to leadership.
A Michigan Ross alumnus, Bradley credits his undergraduate experience as a catalyst for his career. He remains actively engaged with the University of Michigan and has participated in Sanger’s Leadership Crisis Challenge, where he has worked directly with students navigating complex, high-pressure scenarios.
Reflecting on his decision to join the Sanger Advisory Board, Bradley shared:
“Every time I return to campus for the Leadership Crisis Challenge (LCC), I am struck by the students’ commitment to impactful leadership. Having seen my own career accelerated by the Ross experience, I feel a deep responsibility to give back. I am eager to bring a small-business lens to the Advisory Board, helping students navigate the ‘risk-free’ exploration of their careers with the tenacity and discipline required to succeed in the real world.”
His commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders is grounded in both experience and perspective:

Bradley joins a diverse group of accomplished professionals who help guide Sanger’s mission to develop the next generation of leaders. The Advisory Board provides strategic insight, supports fundraising efforts, and fosters corporate and alumni connections, with members contributing their expertise through bi-annual board meetings and engagement across Sanger programs.
