Inclusive leadership is key to creating equitable and successful workplaces.

Sam Schmitt (MBA ‘25) and Clare Henne (MBA ‘25), active participants in the Sanger Leadership Center, serve as co-presidents of Michigan Business Women (MBW), a graduate student club at Michigan Ross. In their MBW roles, they work to create an inclusive space where all women, allies, and students are celebrated, empowered, and connected.

Sam is a Sanger Student Ambassador and a graduate of the Ross Leaders Academy (RLA), while Clare has participated in Story Lab and is a member of the 2024–2025 RLA cohort. Their work with MBW and engagement with Sanger reflects their dedication to cultivating inclusive leadership at Ross and beyond.
