The Sanger Leadership Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Frazier (BA ’98) to the Sanger Advisory Board. A principal at Deloitte, Frazier brings more than 28 years of experience spanning the high-tech and retail industries, technology platforms, and client environments.

Most recently, Frazier was named Global Lead Alliance Partner for one of Deloitte’s strategic AI partners, where she helps strengthen collaboration and advance clients’ AI and agentic outcomes. In addition to her client work, she is passionate about developing the next generation of talent through recruiting and mentoring.

A University of Michigan alumna with a bachelor’s degree in organizational studies, Frazier credits mentors at Michigan and throughout her career with shaping her own development. She looks forward to drawing on her experience in technology and strategic partnerships to help students connect what they learn in the classroom with real-world leadership challenges.

Reflecting on her decision to join the Sanger Advisory Board, Frazier shared:

“I’m excited to join the Sanger Advisory Board because its mission to develop principled, high-impact leaders strongly aligns with our values at Deloitte. I’m especially drawn to the opportunity to support students early in their journey as they build the confidence and skills needed to lead in complex environments. It will be a privilege to contribute to a team that is shaping the next generation of leaders.”

For Frazier, joining the board is also an opportunity to give back by providing the kind of mentorship that has benefited her throughout her own career:

“I’ve benefited from amazing mentors while at the University of Michigan and throughout my career. I’m committed to drawing on my experience in technology and strategic partnerships to help students bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world applications, as so many have done for me. Serving with Sanger is a chance to give back and help invest in the leaders of tomorrow.”

Sanger’s Managing Director, Michelle Austin, commented, “Kim’s extensive experience at the intersection of technology, strategic partnerships, and talent development will bring a valuable perspective to our Advisory Board. Her commitment to mentorship and helping students translate their learning into real-world impact aligns deeply with Sanger’s mission, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the board.”

Frazier joins a diverse group of accomplished professionals who help guide Sanger’s mission to develop the next generation of leaders. The Advisory Board provides strategic input, supports fundraising efforts, and fosters corporate and alumni connections, with members contributing their expertise through bi-annual board meetings and engagement across Sanger programs.
