The Sanger Leadership Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Evan Kramer (BBA ’95) to the Sanger Advisory Board. A chief executive officer with extensive experience leading private equity–backed companies, Kramer brings a strong track record of scaling technology-enabled businesses and driving growth across industries.
Kramer currently serves as CEO of Traliant and has previously held CEO roles at MarketFully, AcquireUp, and KnowFully Learning Group. Across his career, he has led companies spanning MarTech, EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, and ecommerce, achieving four successful exits while driving significant revenue and EBITDA growth. He is known for his expertise in digital transformation and building high-performing organizations.
A Michigan Ross alumnus, Kramer was recently introduced to the Sanger Leadership Center through the Leadership Crisis Challenge (LCC), where he engaged with students navigating complex, high-pressure scenarios.
Reflecting on his decision to join the Sanger Advisory Board, Kramer shared:
“After serving as a judge at LCC, I saw an opportunity to contribute based on my experience leading companies and serving on boards. I’m excited to bring that perspective to the program and support its continued growth.”
His commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders is shaped by both experience and timing:
“After moving back to Detroit and being close to my alma mater, it felt like the right time to give back and share my professional experience—especially after leading multiple companies in the education space. With AI disrupting career paths, it’s critical we equip students with the knowledge and capabilities they need to succeed.”

Kramer joins a diverse group of accomplished professionals who help guide Sanger’s mission to develop the next generation of leaders. The Advisory Board provides strategic insight, supports fundraising efforts, and fosters corporate and alumni connections, with members contributing their expertise through bi-annual board meetings and engagement across Sanger programs.
