The Sanger Leadership Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Ho (MBA ’05) to the Sanger Advisory Board. A principal at Deloitte, Ho brings extensive experience in consulting, strategy, and talent development across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
At Deloitte, Andy leads Strategy & Customer initiatives within the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. In addition to his client work, he is deeply committed to developing the next generation of talent, serving as a champion for recruiting, training, leadership development, and mentorship across the practice.
A Michigan Ross alumnus, Andy credits his graduate experience with shaping his belief that leadership requires contributing across multiple dimensions. Throughout his career, he has remained closely connected to the University of Michigan, helping recruit Ross and Michigan graduates and supporting their growth as emerging professionals.
Reflecting on his decision to join the Sanger Advisory Board, Andy shared:
“I have always tried to give back, and my passion for Michigan and developing the next generation of leaders makes working with Sanger the perfect intersection of those interests. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to help recruit talented Ross and Michigan graduates, and I’m excited to continue supporting them in new ways through the Advisory Board.”
His commitment to supporting the next generation of leaders is grounded in both experience and perspective:
“When I first arrived at Michigan, an article titled ‘In Through the Out Door’ left a lasting impression on me. It reinforced the idea that leadership means contributing across multiple dimensions. Having spent much of my career helping bring exceptional talent into organizations, I’m excited to now help students develop into even more impactful leaders as they enter the world.”

Andy joins a diverse group of accomplished professionals who help guide Sanger’s mission to develop the next generation of leaders. The Advisory Board provides strategic insight, supports fundraising efforts, and fosters corporate and alumni connections, with members contributing their expertise through bi-annual board meetings and engagement across Sanger programs.
