During the episode, Jeff shares the adjustments Sanger has made to offer all of our programs remotely and introduces listeners to the new Sanger Leadership Journey. He also speaks to what one of his favorite quotes means to him and goes on to give some advice about the importance of reflection in the age of COVID-19:
“We jump from Zoom meeting to Zoom meeting and we often are not taking time for ourselves. Finding the balance: that notebook or that space where we can just be is really crucial in advancing one’s own leadership development,” Jeff notes.
