The Sanger Leadership Center is excited to announce that Jessica Lieberman Quinn, Executive Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of American Express, has been appointed to the Sanger Advisory Board.

Jessica received a BA and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania and went on to earn her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Michigan Ross in 2000.

Since joining American Express in 2002, Jessica has held a variety of roles with a focus on business planning and analysis, resource allocation, deal negotiation support, and pricing. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President, Business Chief Financial Officer for Global Commercial Services.

“One of the things I enjoy most about my work leading a large team is developing talent and enabling people to achieve their career aspirations,” Jessica noted. “I am excited to share what I have learned as a leader in business as a member of the Sanger Advisory Board in the hopes of helping students at Ross continue to become the leaders and best.”

Sanger’s faculty director, Lindy Greer, looks forward to seeing Jessica’s impact at Michigan Ross. “Jessica works at a company where treating people like people matters,” Greer commented. “Inclusion and belonging are important to her, making her an excellent fit for our board.”

Jessica will be joining the existing board of eleven members, made up of executive professionals who are passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. The Board represents a variety of industries and experience levels and is dedicated to advancing the Center’s mission in three key areas: strategic input, fundraising, and corporate connection. Board members meet with the Center leadership several times per year and also contribute their expertise at several of Sanger’s programs.
